1. Online feeding: Online feeding, directly connected to the reflow line dismantling platform, after dismantling one plate (1BOOK), it is transported to the optical imaging platform through a conveyor belt. 2. Imaging and mechanical positioning: Using a high-speed and high pixel imaging system, the product imaging processing, calculation of board position, and cutting edge of copper foil edge are completed. The high-precision mechanical module (XYZR four axis positioning) is driven to locate and move to the designated position.

3. Trajectory slitting: Based on the algorithm analysis of the product edge, plan the high-speed slitting blade operation trajectory to achieve high-speed and accurate pure copper recovery.

4. Product slitting: Round knife for cutting, specially designed for multi flow adhesive; Can support large PP layout (large PP layout); There is a special design that automatically shuts down and alarms when the product is switched.
